Bratislava, April 6 (TASR) – The Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Slovakia Igor Borisovich Bratchikov congratulated the writer Jozef Banáš on winning the Russian National Prize “Best book and publisher of the year 2020”. The Czech edition of Jozef Banáš´s novel “I Shall Prevail! Štefánik” was launched by the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Andrej Babiš.

April 4th, 2013 Ukraine has joined the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany and India as another country in which the exceptionally successful novel Zóna nadšenia (The Jubilation Zone) written by Jozef Banas has been published. January 16th, 2013 The novel was released by the publishing house Samayik Prakashan under the title The Jubilation Zone – Berlin, from the Other Side of the Wall. His novel Zóna nadšenia (Zone of Enthusiasm) was translated into Hindi, the fifth most widely spoken language in the world used by about 380 million people. This is the first translation of a Slovak novel into Hindi.
